Which vehicles is this device compatible with?
This device is designed for vehicles equipped with factory-wired CarPlay, typically manufactured after 2016. It is not compatible with cars that only support wireless CarPlay or do not have CarPlay at all. If you're unsure about compatibility, please contact the seller before purchase.
The device won't start or doesn't boot into the Android system. What should I do?
1. Make sure the vehicle is powered on.
2. Check that your vehicle supports factory-wired CarPlay and that the device is connected to the correct port.
3. Some vehicles may not provide sufficient power to start the device. In such cases, the indicator light may turn red and flash slowly. If this happens, please use a Y-splitter power cable or contact your seller for assistance.

How do I update the system?
Currently, system updates can only be done offline using a microSD card. (Online updates will be supported in the future. For the latest update method, please consult the seller.)
To update via microSD card:
1. Contact the seller to obtain the latest system image file.
2. Copy the downloaded compressed file to the root directory of a microSD card.
3. Insert the microSD card while the device is powered on. An update confirmation screen will appear.
4. The update process may take some time—please wait until it completes.

The device gets hot after extended use and starts lagging or crashing. Why?
Due to the high-performance nature of the Qualcomm processor, some heat buildup is expected during long periods of use. We are continuously optimizing the hardware to reduce thermal-related issues.
For best performance—especially in summer—make sure the device is placed in a well-ventilated area. If possible, position it near the car's air conditioning vent to improve heat dissipation.

Some apps are crashing or not working properly. What should I do?
Please ensure you're using the official version of the app. If the issue involves a pre-installed app, try uninstalling it and reinstalling the latest version from the Google Play Store.
