Which vehicles is this device compatible with?
This device is specifically designed for BMW vehicles and supports iDrive 6, 7, 8, 8.5, and 9 systems, as well as newer MINI models with the latest system versions. It communicates with the vehicle through the wireless CarPlay channel, so please ensure that your BMW has wireless CarPlay activated before use.
How do I update the system?
The device supports OTA (Over-the-Air) updates. If you experience issues such as frequent lag, disconnection, or failed connections, please open the built-in update app to check for and install the latest firmware.
We continuously collect reports of occasional or recurring bugs and release updated versions via OTA. You can also help us improve by uploading logs through the built-in feedback feature in the Settings menu.

Some apps are crashing or not working properly. What should I do?
Please make sure you're using the official version of the app. If the issue involves a pre-installed app, try uninstalling it and reinstalling the latest version from the Google Play Store.
The device becomes hot after extended use and starts lagging or crashing. Why?
This is expected behavior due to the high-performance Qualcomm processor generating heat during extended use. We are actively optimizing hardware and software to reduce the impact of heat buildup.
For best performance—especially in summer—make sure the device is placed in a well-ventilated area. If possible, position it near the vehicle’s air conditioning vent to help with heat dissipation.

Is there any audio delay?
Since the device transmits audio over Bluetooth through the wireless CarPlay channel, some audio delay is expected.
In our real-world tests on iDrive 7, 8, 8.5, and 9 systems, audio latency is generally within 0.3 seconds, which is hardly noticeable.
However, on iDrive 6 systems, due to lower bandwidth limitations of the head unit, audio delay may be slightly higher—typically between 0.5 and 0.8 seconds.
This may vary depending on specific conditions, and we continue to monitor and optimize for better compatibility.
